How can a client undertake a psychometric assessment if he doesn t have required resources like a desktop or laptop or stable internet connection?

This is one question which I would love to answer ,as being a career coach and having the vision to cater to underprivileged children who do not possess smart phones,laptop or even internet connectivity it was something that irked me as well .Thankfully had an Aha moment when I realised that I have been trained to conduct offline assessments as well.And moreover sometimes an assessment may not be needed at all in such cases a thorough pre counselling and a subsequent counselling by one on one interaction ( physically) could be an option .
And also pen paper test or OMR sheets can be used to conduct psychometrics .

Career Assessment can be done both online as well as offline. Before the advent of a computer, the assessments were done with paper and pencil. As technology progressed, online tests began to replace offline tests so that it can be easily accessible to all. Currently the offline version of the test can be taken with OMR sheets and analyzed later on to provide same results as an online test.
You can check with your technology partner for provision of offline assessment.
Some technology also gives option of starting from wherever the test stopped. We offer this feature.
If it s one of those rare cases then counselor can be online and fill the questionnaire on behalf the students.
If a student doesn t have a stable internet connectivity, he/she may carry on offline career assessment. He should contact career counsellor and get the OMR sheet and give it back to the career counselor with answers ticked on it.
He will get the career report withing 2/3 days.
Psychological Career Assessment is the best option for students to understand about their skills, strength, weakness, Interest & personality. And provides career option matching their personality, marks & interest.
If the student is unable to complete online assessment due to internet or power issue, the student can continue the test from the same point by logging in again (once power or internet is back).
Students can give test from their smart phone or laptop or desktop, they can arrange any one of them from their friends or relatives as the test takes 30- 45 min max.
If there is no internet coverage in student s location or any of the other option doesn t work, they can take offline test, renowned counsellors like Edumilestone do provide offline tests in the form of OMR sheets. Student need to complete the test & send it to the career counsellors.
