I am Col Rakesh Kumar Dogra (Retd.), a seasoned Indian Army veteran with over three decades of distinguished service in leadership, operations, training, and mentoring. My professional journey includes key appointments such as Commanding Officer, Deputy Commander, and Deputy Commandant of a premier regimental training centre with a strength of over 10,000 personnel—roles that demanded strategic thinking, people leadership, and high-stakes decision-making.

I have also served as Director of Recruitment, where I led large-scale youth engagement, career awareness, and talent identification initiatives across diverse regions. This exposure gave me deep insight into career aspirations, aptitude assessment, educational pathways, and the challenges students and professionals face while shaping their futures—both in India and globally.

Academically, I hold an MSc and an MBA in Finance, along with a Diploma in Psychology Counselling, which enables me to combine structured analysis with human understanding.
