When I was a student, I had many dreams and desires. Although I was a bright student and always retaining my top position, I never had a clear idea, where to reach and how to reach. Schools teach you, but they don’t have the syllabus to guide students on their right career paths. Even at home, it was a trend just to walk the proven conventional roads. Even today, many parents don’t take pains to understand their child’s personality, interests, skills & abilities to enable them to take appropriate & informed decisions about career. So, I was lost and wasted many precious years struggling in things which were not in about my personality & interest.

I always had a strong wish to help students and parents, not merely as a coach, but as a professional career advisor to be instrumental in choosing the right career path. This eventually inculcated the motive within me to take up career counselling as a profession. With years of experience, I’m very confident of identifying the career streams that would be in consonance with one’s personality, interests and potential.
