21 years of experience in Engineering college as academician as assistant professor to professor. In addition to excellent teaching she has guided numerous students to choose their career in government sector and MNC through various competitive exams. she has motivated many students to excel in their career. She is the founder & Director of Srisai Career Guidance Academy. She has guided and counselled more than 20 students within a span of one month. She counselled many students She has given face to face counselling as well as counselling through skype. Students benefited from her counselling are from not only Trichy but also from other parts of Tamil nadu. She has conducted career awareness program in many schools.
